Refund policy
We will give you a full refund if your item never ships or is damaged upon arrival. Otherwise, all sales are final.
To start a refund, you can contact us at info@dragonflythrift.org. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Never Arrives
In the event that your purchase does not arrive within 14 days, you can contact us to inquire about the status of your order or request a refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
