• 100% of the boutique's proceeds support LEAP's mission

• Dragonfly is physical ground zero for LEAP's paid retail training internship

• The program provides meaningful post-release job opportunities

• We provide the first source of post-prison Income / Experience / References

LEAP empowers incarcerated women through:

• 300+ hours of holistic in-prison education and mentorship

• Employability and life skills classes

• Trauma informed substance abuse programming

• Post-release housing and employment support

• On-going advocacy and life-long community
