LEAP provides 300+ hours of holistic in-prison education and mentorship, employability and life skills classes as well as trauma informed substance abuse programming.

Housing
Safe and affordable housing is a major challenge for women transitioning from prison. Located within walking distance from the Dragonfly, the LEAP House provides a sanctuary to our graduates, so that on the day they walk from prison into freedom, they have housing, employment and community.

Post-release Employment Training
Dragonfly provides a first job post-prison through our employment training program. Through Dragonfly, LEAP gives women the opportunity to gain the skills and confidence they need to transition into their next phase of life.

life-long community
LEAP provides on-going advocacy and life-long community for women transitioning from prison after graduation, so they continue to get the support they need.
